We carried out learning activities in the Choirokitia old neolithic settlement, a Unesco World Heritage centre, and in the old theatre in Kourio where the students answered questions about the competition. Espoo is a city in southern Finland which is part of the Finnish Capital Region. It is the second largest city in the country and it is well known for hosting the Nokia telecommunications company.

On January 19, students and teachers from Cyprus, Greece, Spain and Czech Republic will arrive in Helsinki where they will be welcome by Finish teachers and host families. During the week they will learn about history, culture, nature and technology in Finland.

The visit to Heureka museum combined the fun aspect and the scientific knowledge. At Altoo University we all learnt about art and science and discovered that both disciplines are much closer than we thought.

It has been very interesting to know about the social and economic conditions that have made the education in Finland one of the best in the world.

Teachers and students will keep a great memory of the hospitality of the host country. We have learned from each other and we made new friends. The distance between the European citizens is shorter thanks to programs like this. The experience has been very enriching for all. This is Europe.

The pandemic caused mobility to Spain to be interrupted, but finally we are having our dreams fulfilled by offering students from our European partners the possibility of sharing educational experiences within Spanish social, educational and cultural environment in Dalías.
Spain has been preparing a series of activities that will begin on the 21st until 25th February. We enjoyed a workshop on watercolor painting in which students designed bookmarks with images of the characters of this universal work and with sentences of Cervantes.
The students also worked on the figure of Don Quixote from a technological point of view by carrying out a jewelry workshop using 3D printers. The students designed earrings and key chains with images of Don Quixote using new technologies.

For a few minutes the Dalías Town Hall made to tremble the main square of the village showing one of the symbols of this town. In Los Millares, students attended a ceramics workshop and in Serón they could show their bravery like quixotes in sport activities. They will carry out specially activities related to music in the Czech Republic and will share experiences with the European partners in this project.

Learning about music and the musicians of Czech Republic
The fourth meeting of our Erasmus + project is being held in Gymnázium Na Vítězné pláni situated in Prague 4. The European partners continue developing the game "Know Europe through its main figures". In this meeting students will study the Music and the Musicians of Czech Republic and how it affected the country and Europe in general.
When it comes to working, aspects like History, culture, Science and art will stand out. The activities´ll help us to learn more about the multicultural heritage of Europe, to share customs and discover different lifestyles in order to better understand the diversity of European cultures and to improve communication using the English language. The common interest in arts and culture brings all the students closer to each other.

We are sure that we will all have enriching experiences!

In the Old Town of Prague and at the National Music Museum, culture and history meet.Many aspects of Czech Republic's musical history were witnessed up close and personal by students and teachers. It was the first activity two days ago that provided the most valuable information to the museum's visitors, and the interactive methods the museum used allowed the participants to fully experience the musical spectrum.

Everyone enjoyed watching a gladiator fight in the school's gym in the afternoon. First, two Czech members discussed the basics of the gladiator fighting style, and then they started fighting like actual gladiators from the past. Despite its heavy weight, the equipment was well-suited to a heavy challenge, and students who were willing to take it on wore it. Although not widely known, the heavy equipment makes fighting difficult, so the sparring lasted just a few minutes.

Prague's zoo is one of the largest in the country and in Europe. This facility not only has animals living in fascinating recreations of their natural habitats (temperature, lighting, etc.) but it also allows visitors to donate money to raise and release these animals to their natural habitats as a means of preserving their population.
The students had the chance to see and interact with a variety of species. The activities prepared for the visit helped everyone to better understand the zoological context in a fun and productive way.

During their final day, the students and the teachers visited the Prague Castle. Inside the castle, they came across some of the most important historical buildings of Prague, such as St. Vitus Cathedral, St. George's Basilica, the Old Royal Palace and the Vladislav hall. Everyone was in awe in front of the unraveling history from the buildings.
