First of all , we start our usrah session with the recitation of surah Al-Fatihah.

Then, there was a ta'aruf session for us to know each other better and building new ukhuwah. We make lots of new friends with various backgrounds and courses. We also got to share about our hope for this usrah.

Next, we had a briefing from our facilitator about our e-portfolio and task that we need to do along this usrah.

Other than that, we were assigned into four group and had been given a task to discuss a topic about akhlak that we should do and don't do when learning in classroom and we need to present our opinion in front of all of the members.

For example, when we in a class, we need to facing the lecturer, we need to be responsive in class and we need to practice giving salam to our lecturer before and after class.

All for all , we learn a lot of new things about akhlak as a student in class and trying to give our best to practice it in our daily live.

Today we done a taddabur session on surah Al-Baqarah verses 284-286 and learn about Hadis Jibril.

From the 284 verse, we learn that we need to always repent and ask our forgiveness to Allah since Allah SWT is the most Merciful .

From the 285 verse , we learn that our Prophet Muhammad is been chosen among people and not among angels since it would be easier for us to follow him and we learn that we should practice the last two verses of surah Al-Baqarah everyday before going to sleep.

From the 286 verse, We learn that Allah SWT will not burden us with things that we can't do since Allah know our abilities.

Lastly, from Hadis Jibril we learn some evidence of the Day of Judgement are there lots of disobedient child, many poor people instantly become rich and a lot of people compete with each other in creating skyscrapers.

All for all, we gain lots of beneficial knowledge that can strengthen our faith .

For my first task in usrah , me and my group are require to make a poster about 'How do we strengthen our Iman' for our role play. I was been assigned to make and present the make dua' point .

The presentation started with Farah telling about the importance of pray that can strengthen our iman .Next , Dhiya present that when we read the quran, it also can level up our faith. Then, the presentation continue with me telling all the usrah members about how does by making dua' we can improve our iman condition. Lastly, Arianna stating that giving charity can strengthen Iman as it an act that foster our sense of gratitude. All of us, ended our presentation by giving various verse of quranic ayah about our point.

All for all, this role play teach me about lots of thing that I can do to be better Muslim and got me to gain numerous of knowledge.

For my second task in usrah , me and my group are require to make a poster about 'The sign of afterlife'.We were been assigned to discuss the minor and major signs of the afterlife.

The discussion started with all the group members doing and elaborating their points about the signs of the afterlife. Some of the minor signs of the afterlife are time is passing quickly ,frequent natural disaster and widespread killing : increase unjust killings and violence before the end times.

Next, some major signs of the afterlife are the appearance of the Mahdi , Yajuj and Majuj and the emergence of smoke ( Dukhan ).

In a nutshell, discussing about the signs of afterlife gives me some sort of reflections to improve my Ibadah before the day of Judgement.

Today we learn about adab and akhlak.Adab is outward behavior that people show while akhlak means the qualities that resides in the heart .

We also learn about adab towards parents, neighbours, and as a student also with their importance. Some adab towards parents are remain patient and silent when we feel upset or to our parents.The importance of it are to maintain respect and kindness and emphasizes our faith to Allah.

Next, some adab towards neighbours are greet them with a smile and help them when needed.These actions are important as it had been mentioned in the hadith.

Lastly, some adab as student are showing respect to the teacher by paying attention in their class and be kind with other students by helping them in their studies.

All for all, there I gained lots of knowledge about adab that I will use later in my daily life.

Today, our facilitator sr Najiha asked us to shared about our preparation towards the final examination.

All of us shared about various methods of studying and what we do to achieve good marks in our final exam.I shared that I had make some Law notes and some reading to achieve the goal.

We also shared our thoughts towards this Usrah.All of the usrah members really enjoyed themselves telling their feelings while joining this semester 1 usrah. We really had a good time.

All for all, we end our sessions with photography sessions and the hope to see each other again next time.This usrah really changed my perspective that learn about Islam with friends from different courses can be so much fun in many sort of way.

First of all, we start our first usrah 2 session by reciting Surah Al-Fatihah and then our facilitator sr Amni asks us to introduce ourselves to Usrah members.

After that, we learn about about Hikmah .Hikmah means abilit to understand reality and act wisely.According to Radi bin Anas, Hikmah also means fear of Allah .

Next, we learn about Hikmah and Ibadah.When we worship Allah which doing the Ibadah like Salah we will develops sincerity, humility & devotion .Therefore, the action will leads to hikmah.

We also learn about Hikmah and Islam from a Hadith which is:

"Wisdom is the lost property of the believer; wherever he finds it , he is most deserving "(Tirmidhi 2687)

Other than that, one objective of Hikmah is to understand Islam deeply and to live the Islamic values.

Last but not least, we learn that Hikmah improves critical thinking inquiry ,and independent learning,As a result, supports Islamic education goals.

All for all , we learn a lot of new things about Hikmah and trying to apply it in our daily live.

Today we learn about Niyyah (Intention). Niyyah means the intention behind an action .It helps us to know if an act is for Allah or for others. Without it , a deed might not be accepted by Allah.

Next, we learn that there are some way to check if our niyyah is right or not .First of all , by sincerity where we do it only for Allah. Second, through pure heart which we have no hidden motives.Third, through clear purpose which we know what and why you're doing it.Fourth, through consistency by keeping the same intention from start to end.

Other than that, we also learn about Amal. It means doing good actions an acts of worship.Amal reflect our love and obedience to Allah SWT.It also benefits others too, like helping, giving and being kind.We need to always do good with sincerity and regular effort .Furthermore, intention (niyyah) is as important as the deed.-

Examples of Amal :Salah (prayer),Zakat (charity),Hajj (pilgrimage) and etc.

All in all, I learn many beneficial knowledge about Niyyah and Amal and will practice it in my everyday lives

Today we learn about Ehsan which refers to positive virtues that are considered to be essential for leading a good life.

Examples of Ehsan : compassion, honesty ,humiity and patience .

Awareness: One should become aware of the Ehsan and their importance in Islam-

Understanding: One should develop an understanding of the Ehsan and what they look like when they are lived.

Action: One should strive to practice the Ehsan in their daily life.

Reflection: One should reflect on their actions and evaluate whether they are living up to the Ehsan.

All in all, I learn Ehsan is one of element of islamic concepts that we should not ignore of

• Acquisition: Over time, one can acquire the Ehsan and make them a part of their character and way of life.

Today we learn about Salah in our usrah.Salah instills awareness of Allah , restrains from immoral behaviour amd encourages obedience.

Attributes of Salah:

-Ikhlas : sincerity for Allah

-Fear of Allah

-Remembrance of Allah

Hajj is an act that disciplines believers to follow Allah's commandments and abstain from prohibited acts.

All in all , I learn Salah and Hajj are obligatory act that can elevate our faith in Allah SWT.

Today we learn about Sawm which is fasting.It builds taqwa by increasing self-control ,empathy and worship.

It helps to stay awareof Allah,resist shaytan and grow closer to Him.

Virtues found in sawm

-Sabr: Patience during fasting and challenges

-Takrim : Showing respect and honoring others

-Rahmah : Showing kindness and compassion to others

In conclusion ,I learn sawm is an act that can increase our health physically and mentally and especially increase our faith (iman) quality.

Today we learn about Zakah which is charity .It purifies wealth and self,fostering generosity and reducing greed.

Zakah mandatory charity prescribed by Islam.It has fixed rules,amounts and conditions.One of the pillars of Islam.

Sadaqah means a voluntary charity .You can give anytime,any amount ,in money or goods deeds.It's encouraged but not compulsory.

Zakah wajib (must) while sadaqah is sunnah (optional)

Benefits:

Cleanses sins and bad traits

Virtues found in zakah or sadaqah

*Tawakkul :Trusting and depending on Allah

*Ukhuwwah:Strengthening bonds of broterhood and humanity.

All in all. I gain so much about zakah and sadaqah which I will use it starts from now.

Today we learn about the differences between Hajj and Umrah

Hajj:

-Obligatory once for those who meet condition

-Performed during specific days in Dhul-Hijjah

-Includes standing at Arafah

Umrah:

-Optional and can be done anytime

-Fewer rituals (Ihram,Tawaf ,Sa'i)

Etiquette of Hajj:

-Avoid indecent acts,disobedience, any disputes

-Stay devoted to worship and good deeds

Etiquette of Umrah:

-Have sincere intention, stay patient.

-Respect others,focus on worship.

-Avoid arguments ,keep making dua.

Virtues found in Hajj or Umrah

-Al-Tadhiyyah:Giving up comfort as sign of obedience .

-Taqwa:Being mindful and conscious of Allah
