START: decoding the history off of zoom as it takes quite a long time (sometimes longer than the allocated time due to charting etc). It may be easier for everyone to prepare before the first PBL and then there would be more time to discuss potential questions and split these up in the group.

It takes too much time that could be used to discuss the case and come up with questions. It may be better to have the history decoded in our own time before the PBL or have the patient history stated included under case description.

START: Create an online document/presentation that all group members can access and edit (e.g., Google Docs, Google Slides). Group members can add their findings onto these prior to the second PBL session so all members can easily view everyone’s findings (and won’t get lost if they suddenly lose connection or have trouble keeping up with zoom discussions due to poor internet connection). This would also help out the scribe person a lot.

CONTINUE: 
Coming up with questions and discussing them in relation to a patient case helps better our understanding of the topics.

I understand it is to simulate taking a history but this could be replaced with us asking the member of staff the questions and taking the history ourselves which would probably be quicker and more beneficial. The staff member could also pick up if we missed anything out  which would be constructive for us as we can see deficiencies in our medical history taking 

START: create model answers that can be released after the tutorial as I felt that I still wasn't quite sure of what the treatment plan was in both tutorials and if our group got it right or not. Also would be good to see other groups notes that the scribe took to see what other viewpoints were. 

Continue: I'd say the time was enough  and groups were perfect size

start: giving answers or more specific feedback on what the best treatment plan would be for each patient at the end of session 2 so we have a clearer idea on what you would actually do for each patient 

continue: good group size, good length of tutorials, good amount of time between session 1 and 2, clinicians are helpful
