With a soft gaze, begin walking to your left, slowly but steadily, arriving back at your starting state.

Take an even slower 2 steps backwards

Pause

Now, with soft knees, walking/skimming the ground in a faster, circle, starting to the right, allowing for greater volume of its radius. 

Repeat, a bit faster, with gaze shifting either up/down, or playing with both.

Pause

Turn 90 degrees

Pause

Walk near towards the exit of the room, finding a place to lean the whole of your body.

Pause, morph into the lean. Allow your body to breath into the imprint.

Slowly ease away, and with a gliding walk, move toward the light in your room. 

Pause, allow eyes to close, sense the light and perhaps the heat.
