         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Zone of inhibition <br>Grow petri dish of bacterias <br>- Put a filter paper disk infused in disinfectant into the middle of petri dish <br>- The disinfectant will spread through the agar through diffusion from high concentration to low concentration <br>- Areas where disinfectants worked will be clear as no bacteria will grow near the disinfectant--&gt; A circle will form around the disinfectant<br>- Measure the area of circle to find the zone of inhibition --&gt; Use a clear ruler to measure from the centre of disinfectant disk to the edge of area with no growth to get the radius of circle <br>- The larger the zone of inhibition, the more sensitive the bacteria is to that disinfectant and the smaller the zone of inhibition, the less sensitive the bacteria is to that disinfectant<br>- Compare the area of zone of inhibition of different disinfectants <br><br><br></div>]]></description>
