It all happened because King Louis XVl called for a meeting with the Estates General to talk about the France Financial Crisis and so then he didn't want to give them more power. Marie Antoinette was mostly in trouble because she was accused of incest and abuse, also was convicted and treason and had to go to the Guillotine. That marked the return of Charles ll of him being a king. So Charles ll met up with George Monck and they made up a plan on how they were going to put him back as the monarchy. They were going to restore him for a promise that they had of the amnesty and the enemies that they had before. They did this as well because they saw that the god was way ahead of the country. It began because Napoleon forced Russia to go back to the United Kingdom. He made a plan to confront the Russian army. On the other hand the Russian Army just kept retreating whenever they tried to attack them. This ended up really bad that they lost 200,000 and more.
