<title>Monaco Food Map by Audrey Halvorsen</title>
      <link>https://padlet.com/audrey_halvorsen/l3ig4e1egtb6v5pa</link>
<description>Monaco&#39;s food changes and get different as we move to different regions of the country. For examples more inland we get more pastry items like Barbajuan. Whereas when we get closer to the water we get more food items that have seafood in them, for example Tartare de Bar. The areas closer to the water tend to use more seafood items as they have it at their disposal right near them. While in the areas closer to France you tend to see items that use more pastry dough as French food is very pastry focused.</description>
