3) Positive School Culture - Requires alignment of the vision, mission, goals, and values of the campus community. Allows all systems to work in sync to provide a positive school environment. 
4) High-Quality Curriculum - Learners have access to curriculum and assessments aligned to the TEKS that provides learning at appropriate levels of rigor. 
5) Effective Instruction - Students are allowed high quality instruction because the school ensures students are receiving classroom lessons and assessments that produce data so teachers are able to reflect, adjust, and deliver instruction that meets the needs of each learner.
