Good detailed info and explanation of IRSF. It helps to highlight the importance as well as the application of it. It’d be good for us to also discuss on the coaching conversation and how we can further use it to coach the students. Maybe have a role play and see how it can be done? Overall, great CoP session! Great session. Provides a good info of IRSF and what could be the challenges for coaches.

1 area to explore is industry perspective. If majority of our students are at level 2, this chart will not be meaningful. Are we setting the level 4 & 5 bar too high?

Well done CE team! Offers insights and allow us to understand IRSF better. The group discussion also help us in identifying our own radar chart.

The Chatbot is great but need to input more questions into the FAQ to draw the answers. There are certain skillsets that was mentioned which wasn’t part of the 18 skillsets I.e innovation

Additional Questions on IRSF:

1) Faculty (OU) bring students for industry visits and arrange their own industry talks, how will these be captured?

2) Students participating in external competition, hackathons, conferences is there anyone they can inform to have it included in their radar chart or map the competencies on RTS?

3) i understand OIWSP students will get global perspective competencies. How about students who attempt several OIWSP applications but was not successful? Do let get level 1 or something? better than nothing.
