1.  As swamiji said earlier ,Education is the manifestation of  perfection already in men .... which enables an individual to stand on his or her own feet of confidence. ..... and helps him to drive the rest of his life in a skilful way ..... but today's. Society says different story.....  in our present structural society ....  the moral purpose of education deals with nothing but  highly professionalism...... a huge portion of teaching stuffs are viewing their occupation as  a mode of financial gain... (and the classroom is nothing but a reflection of their this kind of mentality)      although there are  few exceptions  especially in private schools or colleges where  the moral object of education. Is dominating over  their business.....  
2.   As it is  mentioned earlier ......  A classroom acts as a determinant of differenting one individual from another on the basis of their learning ability..... so as a teacher or professor it is their first and foremost duty to pay equal attention. On each and every. Individual..... irrespective of their potentiality.... intelligency .....  smartness and maturity   appearing in their conduct.....   before entering a classroom a teacher should be free of his or kind of  biassed nature for a while ......  so that his or her friendly cooperation. ......  can intend a helping hand towards those.who need his co operation...... but this co operation should not act as a hinder towards their progression....  means the nature of co operation must not be a pitied one.....instead it must  be an catalizing one which will  convert an individual from a back bencher to a front bencher..... From a less confident people to more confident.
3.   Conventional process of learning should be replaced by the process of. digital learning in one word an well equipped classroom is  mandatory to make the boaring process of learning an enjoyable one.....   As for example ....  suppose a topic of English literature seems very complicated as well as very lengthy to students who are considered as a beginner in this world of English literature....
. In this place.... if  a teacher displays any animated video or an interesting lecture provided by any scholar ...or  show them any demonstration with the help of some clay or plastic models I think that will give a productive and successful input rather than being confined within the four walls of usual learning
4.       Teachers may conduct an alternative classroom once in an week where students  will  teach teachers .... each individual will get the opportunity to take a class and.express their own ideas  about any topic..  in front of teachers ( who seemes to be a student ) and the whole day will be fixed for students..... according to me it will  break the distance between a teacher and a student and will add an unique feature  to the usual  mapping of a classroom. 
5.  Last but not the least  I. Would like to mention some essential works.....  like everyday last 10 or 15 minutes of a class a teacher can organize a short debate or extempore....  whose topic will be selected by a class representative....  and the choosen topic must not be a rigid one it can either be based on politics.. sports....  recent movies....  literature ...but each and every student must have to join ...  and say something either for or against it...... and teacher should motivate each student to represent themselves. In front of their classmates.....so that they will  come up with their hidden talents by overcoming their infeority complexes. 
     Besides all these reccomendations mentioning just ......  both teacher and student must be aware of their  attitudes....   behaviour .... As a student  we should  behave properly in a classroom during the presence of a teacher.... will  maintain an educational environment  which should be devoid of any kind of  unwelcoming act or behaviour ... like showing jealousy  ...  disrespect and violence to teachers and classmates within a class should not be done ..... similar thing applicable for teachers as it is said..... they should be free of their biassed nature before. .. entering a class..... because students are considered as the. Backbone of a society and teachers are called giving them a shape...... so a teacher must have to be an open minded .... who would have the ability to adopt all .... presenting in his classroom......  in one word  an ideal teacher plus an ideal student results an ideal classroom.....

As soon as I would enter a classroom full of students, I would think myself as a student too, still pursuing and learning. Whenever I would teach them it means I am learning something new and more and teaching them adding my own experience and knowledge about the topic. Until and unless I keep my own flaws ahead, I would never be a well educator. I would like to do everything to be an acceptable mentor.
