5) Changing only because of short-term goals therefore we need long-term goals and increase capital base.

3) Specific training programs are offered, this workshop for example, research from other companies, university courses etc etc.
5) Searching for bigger production space currently, increase of product space, 5.2 million in service revenue, more systems more service and RnD resources needed,

1) Where is the capital coming from? Who is responsible for getting the money?
3) How are you going to open people's minds? Not everyone has experience in creating specific company vision, mission goals and core values.
5) Can we scale up our production? For example, can we deliver 20 systems? We don't have production capacity, resources to scale up?
