Tadiwa Mutasa, ISD student
Wed Dec 2017

ISD students Have been given the knowledge of how to perform first aid on hurt victims. on the 21st of September they went to go and teach grade 4 and 3 their secrets.

ISD- A bunch of highly trained ISD students with the knowledge of first Aid from their export on the field taught them how to use and make a (make shift) splint. After the students where trained in the art of first aid they went of to go share their knowledge else where. The special thing about first aid is that most professional doctors wont know the first thing about first aid and thats what makes this knowledge so important by knowing first aid you could extended the time some one has to live after an accident and that could be more than enough to send them to get proper treatment. The first stop that the ISD students made was in the Primary well to teach the third and fourth graders about first aid.

We- the volunteers from our school- wore sanitary gloves and aprons and head coverings and took several brooms, etc. Then, we broomed the streets securely enough under guidance as to not get hit by a car- we only cleaned the corners where lay waste. Then we got waste baskets and put in recyclable wastes inside and delivered it to the recycle bin standing nearby. Then we divided the compostable materials, the biodegradable and non biodegradable separately so that it could be properly and securely destroyed or recycled as possible.
