So far i have read the first 3 chapters in the book. The book starts off with the antagonists point of view to show what the protagonists will be up against. This author likes to switch point of views quite a bit. This is apparent as in the first 2 chapters he has already had two different groups in 2 locations and many independant charicters. So far there isnt really any allusions in the book, there will be further on but not quite yet.

The author used a lot of cliffhangers and other tools in order to keep the reader interested and wanting to read more . I think the book ended well, it was definitely ended with a cliffhanger but i wouldn't say it left a sour taste.
