VR
value
there hasn't been much on the VR training topic and is something i think needs more coverage as we integrate technology more and more into our daily lives.
-how companies could use this to their advantage
-is it more useful rather than conventional; methods

visions
this is a new way of training so there isn't much interns of data and VR is something that i am interested in and how VR is changing industries.

benefits
the benefits of this is hopefully to show that VR training is the way forward and that more companies would adopt this method of training.
the main benefits of this from the little data that i have found show that this is a cost saving method, for instance there was a example of a VR oil rig fire simulation this would reduce the risk of accident and make sure that people know the necessary information they need before doing the thing that they are training for.

The technology equipment that they use to train various fields of employees such as military,Surgeons and many more.

The main PROBLEM/TOPIC here is that the training that they get are only based in simulations. Which therefore isn't really considered a physical practice. The tools that they use to train aren't going to be similar to the actual tools that they would use in the actual work place.
Example of tool difference would be within the simulation you will be using handheld motion control devices whereas in the Surgeon work place you will use the likes of Scalpels, Re tractor, Surgical scissor and many more tools.

The main problem is that they have practiced with a tool that won't feel the same as the tools that they would actually use which will have a big impact when it comes to the first time using the work place equipment because they will have to account for the weight of the tools and the precision of them.

Media Section
The way that the media have helped make this possible is by advertising companies that allow the people to use their equipment and practice skills.
