         <description><![CDATA[<div>First off, a open statement is given from the prosecutor and the defendants attorneys&nbsp;<br>Then there is a cross examination and direct examination to find out what really happened&nbsp;<br>There is then a closing statement which asks the question of guilty or not guilty&nbsp;<br>Afterwards, the jury is given instructions by the judge<br>Finally the jury decides on a verdict and thus ends the trial process</div>]]></description>
