         <description><![CDATA[<div>I believe change management is important because...&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Humans have a psychological aspect to change and the emotions involved in the change process need to be considered. &nbsp;<br><br>Leaders should think through the change curves relating to the emotional aspects of the change management stages.<br><br>These shifts need to be carefully considered and monitored for the staff involved.&nbsp;<br><br>Leaders should use empathy. &nbsp;</div><div>In order for staff to embrace change; be transparent with the changes and share and update everyone that is involved in the process.<br><br>Where possible; share your own journey which will reinforce you are an empathetic leader which should also contribute to successfully implementing the changes; long term.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>By Eve Cozzi&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
