I have 26 years in field of education.I have worked some years in secondary schools,some others in high schools and 3 years  as principal.I am graduated at University of Tirana.I have  attended successfully Leadership School in cooperation with American Development Foundation.Always willing to learn to grow and exchange experience. I have done a great work foreducation in our  community.Many projects won quality label nationally and internationally.I continue to  work as albanian language and literature teacher ful-time.In my school I am head of department of social sciences.Collaboration and leadership are in my focus.
