Meetings are getting more and more formal, do we have to change the format?

suggestion: have a key note speaker inb the programme who can inspire

have longer meetings (2-day long) as in Youth network, have more space for discussions

less plenary and more small group discussions

questionnaire before meetings to collect topics, set the agenda

joint meeting with youth in the future as well

Common position on how we present ourselves to external stakeholders

inform each other about budget, hot topics, discuss them and then decide if we take any action, do we go to COMM, etc.

exchange views on topics to have a common understanding, reflection on EU policy

not our job to communicate with them

NA is part of ministry, not allowed to communicate with Parliament
