I work hard to provide the best life I can for my girls. I hold an Ohio real estate license I hope to use for some purpose again someday! It is an exciting field but I can't count on a commission only job, raising four girls by myself. After I am settled into a new career, I hope I can dabble a little in real estate again. I do really enjoy helping people, finding cool homes to look at and show. I love home, they say it is where the heart is and I think everyone should be as lucky as to get to own their own home. I am wanting to become a nurse to have a good, reliable, stable income with insurance benefits. I also want to help people and enjoy my work and co-workers. I have been able to improve due to the practice I got in the note-taking assignment and learning new methods for this. 
2) I have improved some my use of technology since learning how to use the google docs. I have been able to improve through discussion posts and the journals and enjoyed being able to work with others from the class on the same document at the same time, pretty cool.
3) I have improved on my time management skills some as hey, at least I did not wait until the very last day to do this final project. OK, second to last but who is counting. I have a hard time with all the different formats (APA, MLA, etc) and understanding the way I should be formatting them. A librarian, and the Sinclair Writing Center can help me with this. 
2) While I have improved some on time-management I still could use some work in this area. I have learned to use applications and calenders etc, to plan my time better. I still need to work on always staying motivated. Sinclair resources may include peer groups or counseling which could help me stay on track and remember my goals. 
3) The third area I could improve on is working in a group instead of individually, I am very driven and motivated at times but I really like to do my own thing. I like being in charge, I need to remember to slow down and let other's in any group setting help me. I need to do this as if I work in a field that is more collaborative like nursing this will be an important skill to have.
