I will now definitely modify and adapt skills for people with disabilities or aren't as capable better. I will be more creative with these modifications too and not just go to the immediate easy fix.

Also when confronted with disabled children I will just talk to them and ask what they can and cannot do and what they are comfortable with doing so i can get an idea of what they can do and how the session may have to be changed.

From learning about inclusion it has become even more clear how important it is to include everyone. I also have learnt that inclusion isn't just about disabled participants but also about less capable or confident students.

I have learnt ways of modifying certain sessions and I have learnt it is okay to ask disabled participates what their ability level and what they can or can not do, as well as what is in their comfort zone.

Something i have struggled with in the past but i feel is essential to inclusion after watching the videos is breaking tasks down. In doing this students can practice a skill/activity at a level that is appropriate for them. Also having various levels provides the opportunity for modifications to be made in each variation.
By being open-minded enough and looking in the right places you can learn to incorporate anyone into any session. It was also interesting to look at how swimming was led as this is an area of activity i few most NQT's are apprehensive about teaching.
