         <description><![CDATA[<div>This was my Associate's program capstone project.  The idea was to make a "digital" equalizer out of water jets.  It shows the different frequency levels of a song using water instead of a computer graphic.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Reason for teaching</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>After getting my degree I actually looked for engineering jobs in Colorado and Arizona, but found nothing.  It wasn't until I had worked several jobs that I realized that my passion was not in this field.  I have always enjoyed teaching others and seemed to have a knack for explaining things.</div>]]></description>
