Real life experience: have met a couple from volunteering RN event. We also meet them (new residents) for cup of coffee after RN event. Younger generation sees the party as the "Establishment" therefore, reluctant to join or side with the party due to the possibility that they might been seen as elites and privileged, and NOT humbled among their friends.

What can the party do to portray itself as the People's party rather than the "Elites" and since the party is economically-liberal and pro-business, therefore attracting the likes of the rich people — the "Rich".

There are existing communication channels for the various groups but with the growing members' list, not all may get the same message.

For our survival to another 70yrs, HQ leadership need to refresh our strategy and give direction to each branch chairperson to provide more empowerment and resources to their trusted senior branch members to go to the ground regularly to promote PAP as the citizen’s choice to grow Singapore and taking care of Singaporeans’s future. Simply chasing votes by one candidate at each election will not be sustainable if PAP want to stay in power for long time.

Most MPs are friendly and humble when they are in the public. Be it real or an act as long as they are acknowledged which shows their results every GE.

BUT it will be completely destroyed by an individual activist who always pulled a long face, who thinks he knows it all not only to the public, but worst still, to his fellow activist. This particular activist Michael from KAKS is definitely spoiling the image of the Party and KAKS, Min. Jo as arrogant and snobbish.
