I used a book called "There’s no place like space" by Tish Rabe to introduce important aspects from outer space to my Year 4 students.   
I created this lesson plan to teach my students how outer space is.  I carried out all the activities in the English and Art&Crafts classes because I am the teacher of both subjects.
  AIMS

- To identify the planets in our solar system and their order from the Sun
-  To know what they are like
-  To learn about constellations
-  To create a solar system and imaginary planets
