Inequitable access to data and technology has made it really challenging to use addons or other tools, so we're mostly limited to conversation via voice and Zoom chat, polls.

    Recruiting participants was a challenge, even though we pay a fair wage. Tried to recruit a diverse group of people with various barriers to health equity but still avoiding a sense of "tokenism" or representing a community/population. This again has involved a lot of time for trust-building.

    Next challenge will be training the research partners to engage in meaningful ways with the group.
