         <description><![CDATA[<div>I love eating pasta.&nbsp; Pasta can be high in carbs but, their are a few healthy habits of eating this particular food in a certain way.&nbsp; You can either buy it in wheat or cook your regular pasta with veggies and eat a medium sized amount of it.&nbsp; One good benefit of this is that is low in sodium and is cholesterol free.&nbsp; It also is a good source of energy and is high in fiber.&nbsp; So go ahead and eat that pasta if you want your cholesterol levels functioned well. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>
