1. Your coaching and development at the Little Red School House. In so many ways, you've poured into, mentored, and guided me during my time as a BI, Associate Dean, and Dean of Students. 
2. Our friendship! You have consistently been a friend that always shows up for me, share advice (whether I asked or not :)), and has always kept it real with me. 
3. You are truly the J-Factor Queen. Whether at ENY or LMS, you've always been the model for what a strong J-Factor looks like for scholars and adults. 

 I'm so grateful for all that you've done for our scholars and AF and I hope you enjoy your week!!!
