However, today I got the opportunity to work with it. I was nervous because I was afraid of messing up. I was pretty nervous but the lady working there was extremely nice. Not only did I order but I changed what I usually get. After I was impressed with myself. I know as I get older I will have to do these things for myself but for now I think ordering my own ice cream is a good start. I had to debate in front of total strangers that were looking directly at me. I stood up took deep breaths, closed my eyes then proceeded to cry and worry in side my mind. It wasn't anything big but to me it was. I needed to let myself breathe a little easier. And so, I asked them to give me some space, much needed so I could think and not feel overwhelmed. To my surprise, they responded favourably. And that made me smile, and feel like hey! what were you stressing about. I can only say that now that my message was well received lol.
