Most people are aware of how exercise can change your heart rate but to what extent? My hypothesis is: The heart rate of a male child and female child doing cardio exercises inside with Air Conditioning and outside in 85-degree weather will be drastically different than a middle aged, overweight female. I will be testing this out to see just how your heart rate can change with exercise.

I got on my workout clothes and got my kids in comfy clothes also. We went outside sat for a couple minutes to get a resting heart rate. Than we did some jumping jacks, ran in place, and did some jump roping. We all did what we could for one minute for each exercise so we could determine a heart rate for that particular exercise. There are three of us that did the exercise to also determine how different it can be between ages and gender. We did it inside in the Air conditioning and outside in 85-degree weather to see if that affected the heart rate also. There are a lot of determining factors to see how much it changed with each event and person.
