My suggestion-Time management is important. try to start daily working activites as early as you can and take only one hour to write with new idea in writing.

My mentor suggested to me to plan teaching before the semester started. I never did the plans for the whole semester as she suggested. I think that it is workable and I need to try to do it for the next semester teaching. I think my mentor has installed confidence in my self to excel in teaching.

As a mentor, saya melihat mentee saya mempunyai vision tentang kemana hala tuju beliau selepas ini. vision beliau itu kemudian dikaitkan dengan pelbagai perkara lain yang dapat menambahbaik kualiti penyelidikan dan pengajaran di jabatan.

2) As a mentor, I feel contented since I could at least suggest some of the things I do and did (in the past) in order to solve my mentee's T&L issues (punctuality problems among students). I am glad that she found the alternatives I suggested to her were meaningful and practical.

I shared a challenging task and problem at my workplace: how to deal with a person who I find difficult to cooperate with on certain tasks. My mentor carefully listened to my problem, tried to calm me, and offered advice based on his experience. Although my mentor couldn't solve the problem for me, he guided me on how to overcome it, and his advice gave me a more positive perspective.

As a mentor:

My mentee asked about my experience and how I deliver my teaching and learning (T&L). So, I shared my experience. Throughout the conversation, I felt happy that I could share something useful with him or maybe give him some motivation to start his lesson planning for his T&L.
