This week, I have learned a lot and received a handful of information regarding discipline in class. For example, the causes of misbehavior and the ways to overcome them. To be honest, being a teacher, these things are very important to know. We can't run from it therefore, we have to overcome it diligently.

What I have found interesting:
To be honest, I would say everything! As a student, I have experienced and saw all those misbehavior  among my classmates. From my observation, some of my teacher they did not handle it pretty well. They gave us some sort of silent treatment, where WE really hated it so much! not to mention the time has wasted!

For this week, I have learned many new things about discipline in classroom.  I get to know about the Boulder Metaphor and come to know that there are four different metaphorical categories which are boulders, rocks, pebbles, and sand. Besides that, I have also learned the tips to prevent cheating in exams. If I were to become a teacher in the future, I will now know how to prevent or reduce the chances for students to cheat in exams.

2. Things I found interesting:
I found that the videos from the Etacude channel is interesting and I believe his videos would help many teachers out there to improve and learn on how to handle students.

 This week I have learned that discipline techniques that a teacher should execute when managing student's behaviour. 

Things I found interesting: 
Things I found interesting is that how teachers can apply different discipline method to educate the students depending on various circumstances. It makes me realise that teacher should develop different strategies when it comes to classroom management as one size does not fit all.
