It is not wrong for him to add nuggets to his meal. However, we felt that he should not be eating nuggets everyday. <br><br><strong>Recommendation</strong><br>1. Eat the vegetables that is in the set meal (2 servings of vegetables every day)<br>2. He should try to cut down on the number of days he buys nuggets in school </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>We felt that his choice of food can be better. Having fast food meals like MacDonalds may not be healthy for John if he eats it all the time. John should also eat the vegetables prepared in the set meal. From the scenario, John is always buying nuggets on top of the set meal. <br><br>One of our group members (Mary) shared with us that she watched a show on tv on how nuggets are made. We linked the video below. <br><br>We recommend that John should:<br>1. Eat a balanced diet. he should eat the vegetables prepared in the set meal.<br>2. Limit the number of nuggets he buy in school during recess.<br>3. If he is hungry, he can buy fruits instead of nuggets as fruits are healthier. </div>]]></description>

We feel that it is not wrong for him to buy additional food however, he can choose to buy healthier food in school. <br><br><strong>Recommendations on his food:</strong><br>Our group would recommend that John should spend his money on healthier snacks like fruits, milk or yogurt if he still feels hungry after eating a plate of rice. </div>]]></description>

We recommend that he should tell the aunty from the stall to add a little bit more meat in his set meal so that he does not need to buy nuggets. He can buy nuggets every once in a while. To ensure that John has enough nutrients in his body to stay healthy and strong, he should also eat the vegetables that is in the set meal. </div>]]></description>
