The experiment demonstrates the effect of sunlight on different materials and emphasizes the importance of using sunscreen to protect the skin from ultraviolet rays.

It also links this concept to the radiation challenges that astronauts encounter in outer space.

The activity was presented and carried out with students as part of the World Space Week celebrations at the school.

تم تنفيذ تجربة علمية من موقع وكالة ناسا (NASA Space Place) بعنوان

🖐️ فن بصمة اليد باستخدام الأشعة فوق البنفسجية!

تُظهر التجربة تأثير أشعة الشمس على المواد المختلفة وتُبرز أهمية استخدام واقي الشمس لحماية البشرة من الأشعة فوق البنفسجية،

كما تربط ذلك بالتحديات الإشعاعية التي يواجهها رواد الفضاء في الفضاء الخارجي.

وقد تم تقديم النشاط وتطبيقه عمليًا مع الطالبات ضمن احتفالية الأسبوع العالمي للفضاء في المدرسة
