Year 7 compare their school experience with that of a French-American child in France and an Irish-Burkinabé child in Ouagadougou: authentic written and listening materials contributed by friends abroad. Year 9s cover a diverse group of role models in their first term, drawing inspiration from a variety of lived experiences. We also run a Spanish after-school club, in which Latin American culture is celebrated through films like Coco and resources for Dia de los Muertos (the Day of the Dead).
