         <title>A Better Me in 30 Days: Discovering Possibilities</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Thirty days of practicing a new habit will inevitably cause some sort of change in any given participant. I have always been big on experimenting and making change in my life. Any opportunity I have to improve myself, I take it.&nbsp;<br><br>Goal: I'd like to challenge myself with allotting quiet study/homework&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; time for an hour, practicing yoga after my workouts for 20&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; minutes, and praying before my head hits the pillow every night. I&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; think these are attainable goals for me, as I'm a very goal-<br>          oriented&nbsp;person.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think one thing that could be really helpful with that is choosing prayers that you have a connection with, or just talk to God.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Abbie, I think finding different ways to relax is a great idea. Everybody has stress in their daily lives and many people have their own way to cope with it. Try stretching after your workout and maybe listen to some ocean waves or rain while doing yoga. Chilling is the best time of the day. -Tony Perez</div>]]></description>
