My Dad is also an independent and he votes for whoever he thinks is best fit, both of my parents voted for Barrack Obama who was a Democrat. My Track coach and old teacher is a strong Democrat and he talks politics around me so some of my views i have developed from him as well. The Democrats strongly support global warming prevention by funding organizations that help research about it and teaming up with other nations in the fight against global warming. Democrats also strongly fight the equality of all people no matter what race, gender, religion or ethnicity you are. The Democrats work hard to restore the middle class and that would help the economy drastically considering the majority of Americans fall under the middle class category.
