Recently, I have been involved in other IB projects such as programme development and multimedia projects.  Leading with trust makes me a good leader. Here is one of my favorite hiking trails.

I have been as IBWS leader for two years. I have been an IB educator for the last nine years. I teach Modern Greek A Literature and ToK in the IB DP and I am a ToK examiner too. Passion, flexibility, positive and tactful communication as well as love for students are some key factors that make me a good leader. Having studied linguistics, I am strongly interested in every aspect of language, technical, structural or poetic among others.

I've been leading international schools for 28 years in the USA, UAE, India and Bahrain, including 23 years as the head of IB schools. I'm thrilled to be moving to Rwanda this summer to serve as Head of School at Green Hills Academy in Kigali. 
I believe my strengths as a leader include the ability to inspire teachers to improve their practice by taking risks and trying new ways of teaching that motivate and engage students in authentic learning and solving real life problems, to articulate a compelling vision for education and to lead community-wide change to achieve that vision.
