Knowing about ourselves and how we feel and react under stress is important. We are always looking at how we see ourselves against others doing their jobs. How do we interact with them on the project? Is it conducive to a "team" effort? How we relate to others on a construction project impacts success! Check out the short snippet below that speaks to these insights, particular as it relates to working on a project team environment. Our collective success is dependent on all of us being honest and forthright in our role and attempts to dealing with the pressures of a construction project.
