Christmas is full of gratitude as we celebrate Jesus birthday, we exchange gifts with our friends and loved ones, we also spend time with people we love and thank them for it.

Goals-
My goals for next year is to improve my basketball game, work hard on areas where I'm lacking and win 75% + tournaments next year while also getting selected for states/nationals.

My goals for studies are to improve in weak subjects and make sure I'm getting 7+ in each subject and i am not lacking anywhere

Christmas is a day to celebrate and feel gratitude for all our family and friends. It's a day to just enjoy and show them how much we appreciate them. Of course, Christians also celebrate the birth of Jesus, but because I'm not a Christian, the birth of Jesus isn't my primary reason for celebrating Christmas.

Goals:
- I want to spend at least 20 minutes a day learning about something new or in a hobby (like reading and drawing)
- At the end of the day, I want to note down 3 things that made me happy or that I am grateful for
- Organize my notes for school at the end of the school session every day
- Spend 1 hour before bedtime just winding down (no screens, dimmed lighting, relaxing with journaling, etc.)
- Make sure that I'm always improving some aspect of myself every day

My resolutions for the new year:

- Be more patient with myself and others

There is much in life to be grateful of when you look for it. I am grateful for this Christmas, that I will spend with my parents and brother as compared to the child that lost their family in the current situation.  I am grateful for this Christmas that I will spend in the house with a roof over my head as compared to the child that will spend it on the street. I am grateful this Christmas for everything that I have.

New Year is the festival following Christmas. It is that time of year, when people make promises, make goals. It is that time of year when people's determination is the strongest.
