This caused a lot of chaos throughout the area. For example, a Nazi supporter performed a hit and run to a crowd of people. Which later led to Rockwell's Assassination by a former party member. Then later in 1979 the ANP and the Klan fought communist workers party protesters in Greensboro, NC. Not only that Roy Bryant the one who murdered Emmett Till was found not guilty by an all white jury. This boycott was led by Martin Luther King, Rosa Parks, E.D. Nixon, and Fred Gray. This protest went on for a year and 15 days. It is regarded as the largest scale demonstrated against segregation.
