1. Trust: To understand and learn that vulnerability is not a weakness, but the foundation for building trust and fostering courage within different teams.

2. Empathy: To realize that embracing vulnerability allows me to connect deeply with others, fostering empathy and inspiring collective courage.

3. Growth: To recognize that true leaders embrace vulnerability as a way to model courage, creating an environment where both they and their teams can grow and innovate.

I have to admit that this is not entirely clear to me yet. I feel the need to reflect on it carefully and slowly in order to fully grasp and contemplate it as a whole.

I will not judge.

I will take care of you.

I will lead, and I will let you lead.

I will trust you, and I will earn your trust.

I will be accountable for who I am.

And I will keep learning.
