         <title>Using data just make sense. Now instead of saying &quot;Your child is lazy&quot; You pull the numbers of missing assignments, the tardies to class etc. Parents can&#39;t argue with the numbers in front of them. And if they do you atleast are prepared for it. </title>

         <title>The video affirms my belief that the money should be spent when the kids are young--before they get to high school to be sure.  All of the data we  see, the research, the modules, the videos, when we go to the Truman meeting room are ALL focused on K-8 studies.  Just look at the classrooms in this video.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I really liked that video.  I liked the one-on-one nature of their discussion.  I loved that they really delved into instructional strategies and chunking information.  As a new teacher THIS IS WHAT I NEED.  Like, need, need, need.  I know this is an area where I can improve (vastly), but it's not happening.  (And who has time for it when we're all just surviving?)  I would so love for collaboration to be more like this.<br><br></div>]]></description>

It's easier when, like in the video, it is an older/more experienced teacher working with a newer/less experienced one. However, it can be more difficult with "equals". Shouldn't be.
