Smart Media Enterprise established its business in August 2008 from its early beginning as a small design office  and now it had moved to double story premise.
Smart Media Enterprise is a small and medium company with two employees as graphic designer. The founder name Hanson Tan Ho Soon act as the General Manager in the company. -Opportunity is the company located at strategic place and the strong networking of the founder Mr. Hanson Tan.
-Threats is competitor factor is quite high, economic factor that during good condition customer will spend for advertising.
 I realize that this company is very suitable for learning and gain new knowledge. It is because the company value of new employees and provide a comfort environment for new employees. When I ask the seniors about the problem that I facing on work, they are also very willing to explain to me.
