Because I believe that recycling is one of the largest movements to support the sustainability of the earth. From the article, recycling paint has many advantages and I also think that saves a lot of waste. Moreover, paint isn't something you eat or wear so, I don't require high quality. If I would buy paint now, I'll paint one or two sides of the apartment's walls green because it's all white. Federal government considers the data of increase in new hospital admissions and how many beds are available in the hospitals; however, it is not the right moment to drop it because the cases of Covid still have been increasing since the state government changed the requirements of the mask mandate in those facilities. The number of cases has increased from 300 to around 995 per day in Oregon. It might be increase in future, if people will not take precautions. State government doesn't consider or think of every single person who might be sick now or get sick in future. They give preference to data of hospitalizations which shows them how many people are falling sick and they are able to handle them easily, but at root level, people are getting sick and aren't coming to hospital for admission because their symptoms are not as worse than before in the past. Whether data says that it is a smaller number of Covid cases, but it is not zero yet.  Despite dropping the mask mandate requirements, the government should consider the masks requirements because of this, the number of cases might be less than today.
The situation of spreading Covid's cases still is not good, people are suffering from this, and it is not over yet.
