Achieving this degree in the middle of a pandemic was definitely a once in a lifetime journey and never imagined it would happen under these  circumstances, never the less it is an achievement of which I am extremely proud of. Thank you to both my children Bianca and Branden, my husband James for all your support encouragement and reassurance that I had it in me to complete this journey. My mom Alicia for her prayers and always checking in on me. My thesis committee for all that you did to help get me here. 
I am forever grateful to all of you and to PO for this incredible  educational experience. Congratulations to all my fellow graduates. We did it!!!!!!

I began my studies at Pacific Oaks College in September of 1977 at the tender age 20 and received my BA and Teaching Credential in 1980 and now my Masters in December of 2019 at the tender age of 62. It gives new meaning to the phrase "life long learner". I am definitely living Erikson's 7th Stage. The picture I've included is me on my first day as a doctoral student. I'm currently working on my doctorate in Organizational Leadership at the University La Verne.
