         <description><![CDATA[<div>I learned that species with small populations are very fragile to the world and can easily be taken out by many factors, so it is hard to get them back to a full flourishing population size. Another thing that i learned was that the initial birth survival is crucial to the survival of a species.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>From this activity I learned that there are a lot of both man-made and natural impacts that greatly alter how a population grows. After pushing a species to near-extinction, it took a lot of luck in order for the cranes to even slightly grow, let alone make a comeback.</div>]]></description>
