Recently Malaysia is just starting to focus on sustainability. This is a problem faced by people and the government to promote sustainability. Green building practices are becoming increasingly popular in Malaysia due to their lower energy costs and improved indoor environmental quality. The Malaysian government plays a key role in driving the demand for green building solutions. To ease pollution and improve energy efficiency, the government has launched a series of green building initiatives over the past decade, most notably energy audits for government buildings and green tax incentives.

Mei Ling

Despite the ongoing advertisement and promotions by the developer, these Bumiputera units still fail to be sold, which has affected developers, and they want the state government to review the housing policy in the state.
Traffic Congestion, What Government can do?

Poor implementation of policy to overcome the traffic congestion in Klang has become the most viral news recently. Commuters are often frustrated by policymakers’ inability to do anything about the problem, which poses a significant public policy challenge. Although governments may never be able to eliminate road congestion, there are several ways cities and states can move to curb it. Although congestion can seem intolerable, the alternatives would be even worse. Peak-hour congestion is the balancing mechanism that makes it possible for Malaysians to pursue other goals they value, including working or sending their children to school at the same time as their peers, living in low-density settlements, and having a wide choice of places to live and work.

Uvaraj

But, five decades on, economic inequality has only deepened, leading even bumiputra beneficiaries to question a policy that experts say is in dire need of reforms. My suggestion is that the government needs to be more focusing about the citizen economies especially for the rural living and needs to give more incentives to them.

Ridzwan

The development of China's economy, which is too dependent on the demographic dividend, will lead to the migration of many labour-intensive industries to regions such as Southeast Asia once the demographic advantage is lost and labour costs are bound to rise. For this reason China has opened up its three-child policy.
Such a fertility policy will have some effect. In the early days of the two-child policy, it did have a catalytic effect on population growth. It is not difficult to find that many people around us are encouraged by the policy to choose to have a second child. But to actually address the problem of fewer and older children, the underlying causes have to be clarified.
Chen chuchu

At the same time, hidden security risks have to be ignored. Fire protection in residential areas is a very important part. Under the policy of unifying property fire safety management regulations, clarifying responsibilities, standardizing daily safety management, establishing micro fire stations, and strengthening electric bicycle parking standards have become the primary goals. At the same time, the popularization of fire protection knowledge for people and the dual protection of fire protection for objects should be strengthened.

Zihui Lu

Following, the respective organization also need to strictly emphasize on the quota set (65%) for these lower income groups.

Shauqat Adam

The Chinese government has recently launched policies to help reduce the burden of primary and secondary school teachers. The current society demands high quality development for education. Teacher burden reduction policies are needed that can help create a favorable environment for education and teaching.

Teachers have a long-standing problem of heavy stress that has not been taken seriously by policy makers. The workload of primary and secondary school teachers is generally overloaded, mainly in terms of long working hours and unreasonable composition and distribution of work. In the wake of the policy to reduce the burden of primary and secondary school students, teachers have taken on more work and responsibilities, such as additional responsibilities for after-school care and summer care. Society and parents have high expectations of teachers. Is there a conflict between the burden reduction for elementary and middle school students and the burden reduction policy for teachers? Teacher relief policies may also cause dissatisfaction among students' parents, making the policies difficult to implement.

Wenyi Xia

COVID-19 is spreading again in China. However, local governments have completely different treatment methods and attitudes towards the epidemic. When single digit cases are found in some areas, city closure measures are taken, such as stopping takeout and express delivery. Some areas have a large number of confirmed cases, but they do not define themselves as high-risk areas, resulting in the spread of the epidemic to other provinces.

The Chinese central government should introduce uniform standards for outbreak prevention and control policies. Areas with more than a certain number of confirmed cases should be forced to become high-risk areas and take preventive and control measures. But also to ensure that some places do not overreact to the epidemic and cause economic development to stagnate.
In addition, I believe that the quarantine costs incurred by the government should not be borne by the local governments, but should be allocated by the central government. This would prevent the spread of the epidemic if provinces and municipalities were to avoid incurring quarantine costs by discouraging the return of people from high-risk areas but not monitoring their subsequent travel.
