These women protesting with their signs are trying to fight for their rights by coming together and showing how unity can have a huge impact on such things. They are showing no signs of physical aggression and are only using their voices to get their point across.

The suffrage votes that seem to be representing an overflowing ocean are trying to tell the Anti-Suffragist that the people want women to be treated  as equals and that the decision the cabinet made was incorrect. The anti-suffragist is acting oblivious to the fact that he didn't know, but of course he did.

The four men who seem to be representing a state that refuses women of their rights to vote are singing a song called "I didn't raise my girl to be a voter". This is going against the women's right movement because one of the main goals is to give women the right to vote, or have a public voice in general.
