         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Measurement - </strong>&nbsp;how much water needed to make ice or melt ice, expanding water volume, noticing &amp; comparing temperature, measuring contents of containers, comparing &amp; describing the size of objects &amp; size of ice as it melts.&nbsp; <br><br><strong>Pattern -</strong> repetition of action required to remove ice from containers/melt ice with water.&nbsp; <br><br><strong>Number </strong>- counting objects, counting how many times we need to push. How many different animals (penguins, polar bears etc.)? <br><br><strong>Spatial vocabulary</strong> - describing position of objects on the tray "The walrus sits <em>on </em>the ice"<br><br><strong>Temperature -</strong> at what temperature does water freeze? <br><br><strong>Time -</strong> How long does it take for the water to freeze?
