For my task I had to prepare a presentation about me. in this I included my career aspirations, what I enjoy doing, my part-time job and my friends and family. I was then asked to present this to my other classmates.

I was able to speak clearly, loud and confidently so that everyone was able to hear. I made my presentation bright and interesting as well as adding lots of information and photos.

i had to prepare a warmup to coach for my other classmates. during this i was paired up to firstly create our warmup. then i had to go and coach that warm up prepared to a separate group.

at least 3 times a week I work at a local restaurant as a waitress. hear I have to have excellent communication skills and have to be kind and polite to all of the customers. I also have to take orders and do check-ups on tables.

At work the waitress and the kitchen staff have to work together as a team in order to create a good environment for customers. We do this by communicating with each other and helping each other out in sections that needs to be worked on.

I used teamwork during netball training and a game. I used this by using communication and having a plan ready to play the other team. I also worked in groups training skills such as passing, shooting and interception this helped us prepare ourselves with each other for game information.

I used clear communication to make sure we all understood the task. me and other teammates also helped others who may have found the task hard or maybe was confused/ not understood. This helped us come together as a team in order to have better team work during other tasks that needed it the most such as matches and tournaments.
