1. It has made progress by: since 1990 Extreme poverty rates have dropped by more than 50%.

2.The least successful country is Africa with nearly all off in extreme poverty ($1.90). . 3. the most successful is Russia; the whole of Russia has the least amount of poverty in the world. .
4.Fun fact: by 2030 the whole world wishes to eradicate extreme poverty for all people everywhere, currently measured as people living on less than $1.90 a day. .
5.I rank this out all of them 1 being the best and 17 being the worst 1st or second since without poverty/money you can't buy food/hunger can't get good education donate to charity/wellbeing or be healthy contribute and help stop climate change and help life on land and below water. Won't able to afford clean water this one problem splits into half or maybe more then half the the Sustainable Development Goals (2/3/4/6/7/8/13/14/15.

Investing in solar, wind and thermal power, improving energy productivity, and ensuring energy for all is important if we want to achieve SDG 7 by 2030. to achieve our goal of clean affordable energy most of the world have been investing more in renewable energy and have been adding more and more solar panels windmills and more. This are the progresses that have been made since the development of SDGs.Georgia has been the most successful because they have only focused on investing for clean affordable energy so we don’t have air pollution and plastic pollution.Tuvalu is the worst in achieving the goal because there population is 11000 and they don’t have enough money to invest in achieving this goal.

1. The progress made achieving the goals is good in the world, many of the countries are green which means they have granted women equal universal serferage.
2. Most of the countries have been successful example India
, Norway, Russia, all the countries except Saudi Arabia and UAE.
3. The most least successful countries are Saudi Arabia and the UAE they are the ones in red.
4. I think gender equality is very important. I would rank it number 6 because some goals are more important that gender equality but it is still important and women and men should be treated the same. I think that if men and women are not treated the same many of the next generations will start assuming it is correct but it is not. Women are considered weak and that we need a man but that is wrong and not what we should be teaching p.

The countries that are in green are the most successful countries since they were able to accomplish their goal.

3. The countries in red are the least successful since they were not able to accomplish their goal and barely did progress.

4. I think my goal is very important since the life of us humans matter. If your mental health gets worse by any chance then you might commit suicide or start smoking which effects your lungs or you might start doing more worse things like self harm . I would rank it the 4th or 5th place.

1. Most of the countries have improved a lot from 2012 to 2017
some like Greece have not and are really low in goal 10 that is just depressing.

2. The most successful country is Malaysia and China with more than 10 percent that is really good and they did change quite a bit in 5 years they are the highest because there weren’t treating people unequal in China and Malaysia not much as most didn’t care if they were homeless or poor or rich but some did.

3. The least successful country is Greece with -10 percent that is not really good and they did not change much from 2012 to 2017 most people didn’t like each other and that is why they didn’t treat people as equal to others and they also think that because what they do or who are they or if they are rich or not.

4. I would rank this goal a solid 7 out of 17 because I don’t think it is too important but at the same time it is important but it is not as severe as most of the others but at some times it would be very important.

Barely any of Africa has access to any water that isn’t dirty.

1. Some progress has been made to fix clean water but it is expected that all clean water will affect the planet by 2040 if something isn’t fixed.

Denmark1. Denmark has better tap water than bottled water. Tap water is, is the standard at cafes and restaurants.

1.The SDGS have made multiple contributions to help achieve zero hunger. They make sure all people especially children have healthy and nutritious food everyday. This involves promoting sustainable agricultural, helping many farmers and equal access to land and markets .South America and Mexico are doing very well in the department of zero hunger with a ratio of 2.5 to 5 percent. Madagascar, North Korea and Haiti are doing horrible with 50 percent hunger.

2. United states, Portugal, Chile, Argentina, Costa Rica, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Bulgaria, Barbados, Fiji, Malaysia, Taiwan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Iran, Egypt and Ukraine are all doing good with numbers lower than 5 percent. These numbers are all brilliant because Many of these countries have a good economy and many farmlands so there are a variety of options. They are also devoted to giving everyone nutritious food. These countries have also made food at a reasonable price that everyone can afford.

3. Madagascar, North Korea and Haiti all have horrible numbers almost 50 percent. The reason they have these numbers is because of the poor economy in these countries and the amount of poverty they have. Some people in North Korea even turn into a cannibal.

4. I would rank it around number 5 because people deserve to live healthy and support their families. If we didn't have food what's the point we would be dead. That's why its so important to end Zero hunger.

Sia Malhotra 7.3 Goal 5- Gender Equality

1-Violence based on Gender has been reduced,

1a- Girls and women have social protection

1b- Many work places are trying to enforce practice of equality

1c- Girls are allowed to participate in decision making in political cases/ debates

1d- Projects include different perspectives for all genders

Which countries have been most successful and why?

2- Canada has no laws stating discrimination based on gender in hiring

2a- Tanzania has only 40% of legal frameworks regarding violence against women

2b- Australia has 100% gender equality regarding employment

2c- Switzerland is the highest ranked gender equal country in the world this is because that have taken it in consideration for these categories: Reproductive Health, gender empowerment and labor

Which countries have been the least successful and why?

Yemen is the least gender equal country in the world because of quite negative stereotypes, unequal education, violence and being deprived of rights

India is quite prone to accidents such as poor education and health , gender biased child abuse, discrimination, unsafe areas , lack of awareness of women etc

How important you believe your goal is out of the 17 goals? Can you rank it from 1-17 ? 1 being most important and 17 being least important – be ready to explain

I think that my goal is 9/10th most important because there are many important goals such as Sustainable Cities and Zero world hunger etc, yet Gender Equality is still important. I think this because if there is no Gender Equality, there will be no economic peace and the places around us would not be as safe. Additionally, there will be quite a huge mental health/ illness impact because of negative stereotypes, discrimination, violence etc. This will mean women who go through these won’t have independence, security and will get abused, which I very wrong in my opinion. These days there is all kinds of wrong doings such as women not being treated the same, not being able to take part in any political decisions or debates, violence, abuse etc. This will lead to a world with no peace or justice. Hence proven.
